1, epimysium of gluteus maximus;
2, deep investing Fascia;
3, inferior gluteal artery;
4, posterior femoral cutaneous nerve;
5, epimysium of quadratus femoris;
6, sciatic nerve;
CT, conjoint tendon of biceps femoris
